Appointing us as the Architect
Once you’ve made your decision, the first thing to do is to discuss and agree on the scope and cost of Architectural services before any work. It is important that this agreement is in writing, setting out the services to be provided and outlining the obligations of each party. For smaller projects, the agreement may be set out in a self-contained letter of appointment that outlines the obligations of both parties.
