THE BRIEF

We provided double extension works to two properties on Grosvenor Gardens for both loft and ground floor rear extensions. Our clients lived in their property for a few years and their objective was to create enlarge their kitchen and dining space so that they could enjoy their growing family life. The plan was to maximize the extension by infilling the side and extending to the rear and achieve maximum visual presence to the rear garden.

THE CHALLENGE

To provide our clients with the space they envisioned, we resorted to the low risk planning application process with Richmond Council which would not only have extended outwards to the rear but also have rooflights. 

THE OUTCOME

We completely dominated the allowance of extension and the client was able to achieve their kitchen extension they envisioned.
