THE BRIEF
Our longstanding clients decided to extend their property instead of moving. The kitchen and utility rooms at the back of the house were small and dark and the client wanted to explore extending their property to include a ground floor cloakroom.
THE OUTCOME
Working with our team of expert engineers we effectively designed and rebuilt the side extension and also administered the Party Wall Services.
Using specialist contractors and traditional materials the dining, kitchen, and utility rooms were connected together to create one magnificent light-filled space. The Kitchen designers were Day True with whom we have worked on other residential projects.
Current works are due to complete in January 2021.
