The brief
We provided our Architect services for double extension works to a propoerty in Croydon, near Lloyd Park for both loft, first floor and ground floor extensions. Our clients purchased their property and their objective was to engage KLC Architects to create enlarge their bedrooms and living space so that they could enjoy their growing family life. The plan was to maximize the extensionand achieve maximum visual presence to the rear garden.
The challenge
To provide our clients with the space they envisioned, we resorted to the low risk planning application process with Croydon Council.
The outcome
The final result was a success and the homeowners have enjoyed working with KLC Architects and have recommeded us to several other clients.
