The brief
We re currently providing services for double extension works to a property in Kingwood Tadworth Surrey KT20 for both loft, first f floor, ground floor and lower ground extensions. Our clients lived in their property for a few years and their objective was to create enlarge their bedrooms and living space so that they could enjoy their growing family life. The plan was to maximize the extension and achieve maximum visual presence to the rear garden.
The challenge
To provide our clients with the space they envisioned, we resorted to the low risk planning application process with Banstead and Reigate Council.
The outcome
We are currently engaging the Local Authority for Pre-application advice and shall amend the drawings if required to submit for Planning consideration.
