The brief
KLC Architects provided Architectural servies from obtaining planning permissions and design services for a double storey side and rear, extension to a property within the Hillingdon Council on Copse Wood Way, HA6 . Our clients had an existing property they wanted to fully remodel and we increased their floor area and space to create an enlarged kitchen and dining, and bedroom spacse so that they could enjoy their growing family life.
The challenge
To provide our clients with the space they envisioned, we resorted to the high risk planning application process with Hillingdon Coulcil
The outcome
We completely dominated the allowance of extension and the client was able to achieve their extension they envisioned.
