THE BRIEF

We are providing services for a double storey side, loft and ground floor rear extension to a propoerty in Sutton council. Our clientstheir property and their objective was to create enlarge their kitchen and dining space so that they could enjoy their growing family life.

THE CHALLENGE

To provide our clients with the space they envisioned, we resorted to the low risk planning application process with Sutton Council which would not only have extended outwards to the rear but also have rooflights. 

THE OUTCOME

We completely dominated the allowance of extension and the client was able to achieve their kitchen extension they envisioned.
