We re currently providing services for a replacement dwelling in West Park Road, Crawley RH7 6HT. Our clients purchased the properrty and now seek to build a replacement dwelling to create large bedrooms and living space so that they could enjoy maximum visual presence to the rear garden.

THE CHALLENGE

As the property is in a Green Belt site, the challenge is to build a replacement dwellgin that add a positive ocntribution to the area

We are currently engaging the Local Authority for Pre-application advice then submit for Planning consideration.
